We want you to love your Zorarte products. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase*, please initiate a return within 30 days of purchase.

Please note
Find Your Match sets, sample sized products, items marked final sale, and incomplete sets are non-refundable.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable and return shipping fees are not covered by Zorarte.
Please allow two weeks from the date you ship your return for us to fully process your refund.
Returns may take up to 30 days to process
Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions
Select the items to return
If your return is approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging (if possible) along with the order confirmation or receipt.
Stick it in the mail
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Get a refund confirmation
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
